Business Hours: We pour orders from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday and all day on Saturdays and Sundays due to my full-time day job.

Minimum Order: We do not require minimum quantities on any of our products.
Ordering: Orders may be placed 24/7via our secure online shopping cart. All orders must be pre-paid before we begin pouring your order. We do not offer any credit terms or lay-away terms. We will not hold an order.
Payments Accepted: Currently we are accepting PayPal, Money Orders, and RevolutionMoneyExchange. We hope to be accepting credit cards in the future. Sorry, we do not accept regular personal checks. We will accept electronic checks (eCheck) through PayPal. Checks must be from U.S. Banks.
Availability: We make every effort to keep enough supplies in stock to pour orders; however, we cannot guarantee their availability if re-stocking is required. This may delay order processing. In case of an order delay, you will be notified via the email address that you have supplied to us.
Processing Times: We strive to process and ship each order within 7 business days; however, large orders will take longer. Our busy season is around all major holidays and the months of May/June (Baby Season).
Rush Orders: We will accept rush orders with at least 7 days notice. Please email us in advance with the name, quantity, and date required. We will email you back with approximate shipping time.
Duplicate Type Fragrances: Grammy’s Soap Bakery is not affiliated with Bath & Body Works, Victoria Secret, Yankee Candle, Hershey, Nestle, or any other Commercial Company. Our fragrances are “types” only, which are duplicate versions, purchased by our suppliers and are not the actual scents and are not licensed products. Shipping: We do not ship C.O.D. All orders are shipped in the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates are based upon the weight of the package order as well as the Zip Code Zone of the mail to address. Canadian orders are shipped United States Postal Service only and must go through Border Customs. For your convenience, we always use the least expensive shipping service for the size of the order. Any estimated shipping over the actual shipping charge is gladly refunded via PayPal or by Cash, if paying by Money Order. We will refund shipping overage that totals over $1.00. Any shipping charges under estimate, is absorbed by us.
1) Domestic Shipping
a) Priority Mail: 1-3 Day Packages. Current USPS rate is $4.80 up to 1 pound. Additional shipping charges apply over one pound.
b) Ground Packages/Envelopes (13 ounces or less): 2-9 Day Packages. 1st Class Mail, Parcel Post.
c) Regular Flat Rate Box: $9.80
d) Large Flat Rate Box: $12.95 for retail/$10.95 for delivery to APO/FPO addresses
2) International Shipping
a) Priority Mail International: 6-10 Business Days. Current USPS rate is $17.00 and up. Additional shipping charges apply for heavier packages.
b) First-Class Mail International: No guaranteed delivery times.
c) Express Mail International: 3-5 Business Days. Current USPS rate is $23.95 and up.
d) Flate Rate Box International: $23.95
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, there are NO returns under any circumstances, unless shipped in error on our part. This policy is in effect for your safety and protection and to ensure the high quality of our products.
Sales/Specials: Occasionally, we may run a special on certain products. There are no substitutions given on sale/special items. We reserve the right to end sales/specials without notice.
Newsletter: At this time, we do not have a monthly newsletter, but look forward to adding this communication in the future.
Wholesale/Discounted Orders: We do accept wholesale orders on certain products. Please see our Wholesale/Discounted Orders Policy for further information. (This section will be available shortly.)
Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with the products you order and will do our very best to accommodate you anyway we can. Although, we do not accept returns, we do welcome your comments and suggestions.
